Lisa Pedace is an actor and comedian who has performed at the Edinburgh, Montreal, Orlando, and San Diego fringe festivals. Her one-woman comedy show, Looking to Upgrade, won Outstanding World Premiere at the San Diego International Fringe Festival. She is the author of the humor book, The Diet Joke, which is a Foreword Book of the Year winner and a Dr. Laura Recommended Book. TV credits include Monk and Veronica Mars. Highlights for 2018 include performing in the Seattle International Comedy Competition and the Rogue Fringe Festival in Fresno, where she won a “Sold Out” award for her new one-woman play, Neighborhood Watch. Unhighlights for 2018 include retinal detachment surgery and a gas bubble in her eye, although it did result in Lisa’s favorite headshot ever.
